Experimentás, medís, aprendés.\n\nPresentar resultados con criterio: no copy-paste de números. Si un test salió bien, explicás por qué. Si salió mal, proponés qué cambiar.\n\nProponer y defender: No sos un order-taker. Si una campaña no tiene sentido, lo decís. Si una audiencia está mal, la cuestionás.\n\nBalance estratégico + operativo: Hay que mandar comunicaciones todos los días, pero también pensar en cómo mejorarlas continuamente.\n\n¿Qué buscamos?\nImprescindible:\nManejo sólido de datos: SQL, queries, cruce de información. Esto es clave. No hace falta ser un data engineer, pero sí tener fluidez para bajar, analizar y sacar conclusiones.\n\nExperiencia en CRM, lifecycle marketing o comunicaciones digitales: Ya trabajaste gestionando campañas, segmentando audiencias y midiendo performance.\n\nPerfil decisor e independiente: No esperás que te digan qué hacer. Tomás decisiones, las justificás con data y las defendés.\n\nCapacidad de comunicación efectiva: Trabajás con managers y sr. managers todo el tiempo. Sabés cómo comunicar ideas, resultados y pushback cuando hace falta.\n\nNo le tenés miedo a lo operativo: Acá hay ejecución diaria.\n\nDeseable:\nExperiencia con Insider, Braze, Iterable o plataformas similares.\n\nBackground en travel, e-commerce, fintech o marketplaces.\n\nFormación: Ingeniería, Economía, Administración (buscamos perfiles con pensamiento analítico fuerte).
