The candidate will play a key role in supporting DESRI’s recruitment operations and candidate experience, working closely with U.S. based teams. You’ll be working during U.S business hours.\nWhat you'll do\nIn this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting coordination across multiple teams and U.S. time zones, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will handle interview scheduling, maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in Rippling, and prepare agendas, materials, and weekly progress reports for the hiring team. As the primary point of contact for candidates, you will set clear expectations, provide timely communication, and gather feedback to continuously enhance the recruiting process. You will track key recruiting metrics, help build dashboards and reports, and identify trends or bottlenecks to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to improving recruiting workflows and systems, document standard processes, and support integrations across tools such as Rippling and LinkedIn Recruiter.
