We have acquired or developed approximately 13 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 85 renewable energy projects in 24 states.\nAbout the role\nPursuing Chartered Accountancy course, having cleared CA-Inter/IPCC in first or second attempt, andhaving completed a minimum of one year of articleship\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative with limited direction and guidance\nDuration of the role is nine to twelve months\nWhat you'll do\nIn this role, you will prepare, review, and file U.S. GAAP-based financial statements for the company's renewable energy projects, investment funds, and corporate entities (collectively, the “Entities”), while maintaining books and records in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ensuring adherence to close timelines and control procedures.\nYou will prepare Management reports including EBITDA reports, quarterly project forecasted trial balances, and conduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual analysis.\nYou will have the opportunity to liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of external audits, while interacting with the U.S. and Hyderabad-based asset managers, treasury and tax team associates, and external consultants.
