This is an entry level position.\nBased out of our Burnaby head office, you will be providing help desk support across our 4 dealership locations within the lower mainland.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPerform on-site and remote troubleshooting.\nProvide technical support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware for head office and remote dealerships.\nCommunicate effectively with employees and understand various issues.\nHandle direct and unresolved issues to next tier of support.\nManage and upkeep all records of events in tracking system.\nNetwork support.\nDiagnose various network issues.\nOther various duties assigned by management.\nWhat we need from you:\nTechnical understanding of Microsoft Windows 10,11, Windows Server 2016/19/25, and Windows Active Directory.\nUnderstanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.\nGeneral computer hardware technical skills and knowledge and understanding of storage, virtualization, and networking technologies.\nA+ and Network+ certifications are an asset, but not required.\nHelpdesk experience recommended, but not required\nCertification or Diploma in a Network Administrator program or relevant field.\nBe able to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and relationship skills.\nStrong independent worker with excellent time management.\nHave a valid British Columbia driver’s license.\nMust be able to commute from site to site\nIf this sounds like you, submit your resume today.\nDestination Auto Group is committed to employment equity and to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
