The role will act as a vital connection point between Accounting, Group Reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis, ensuring that management has access to reliable, consistent, and meaningful financial information.\nThe successful candidate will oversee the Group's reporting and closing activities, contribute to the development of reporting standards and processes, and work closely with finance teams across multiple countries.\nPrimary Responsibilities of the Role:\nCoordinate the Group's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS.\nManage the preparation and delivery of Group-level financial and management reports within agreed deadlines.\nDevelop specialized knowledge in selected IFRS topics and provide practical guidance to finance colleagues across the organization.\nAct as a key user and subject-matter expert for the Group's consolidation, planning, and reporting platforms.\nEstablish and maintain effective reporting standards, data governance practices, and quality-control procedures.\nCoordinate the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans across the Group.\nPrepare KPI reporting, performance dashboards, and variance analyses for senior management.\nTranslate financial data into clear business insights, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.\nServe as the main connection between local Accounting teams, Group Financial Reporting, and FP&A to ensure consistency in financial information and business narratives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, methodologies, systems, and the quality of management information.\nSupport country finance teams through training, guidance, and the sharing of effective reporting practices.\nContribute to finance transformation projects, including the use of automation, data analytics, and AI-based solutions where relevant;\nEvaluation criteria:\nTimely and accurate completion of Group reporting and closing cycles.\nConsistent application of IFRS and Group reporting policies across all entities.\nHigh-quality, reliable, and decision-useful management information.\nImproved visibility of financial performance, trends, and deviations from plan.\nEffective collaboration between Group and local finance teams.\nSuccessful implementation and continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems;\nDesired skills and experience:\nUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nAt least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in Group Reporting, FP&A, Controlling, financial planning, or a similar international finance role.\nPractical and in-depth knowledge of IFRS.\nStrong understanding of statutory reporting, management reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to interpret complex financial information and communicate key conclusions clearly to senior stakeholders and non-finance audiences.\nExperience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.\nHands-on experience with consolidation and planning solutions, such as OneStream, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, IBM TM1, Hyperion, or similar systems.\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Power BI or another business intelligence platform.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and manage competing priorities.\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills in a multicultural environment.\nPrevious experience in a Big Four firm would be considered an advantage.\nInterest in the aviation industry would be an advantage.\nExperience applying artificial intelligence tools to business or finance processes would be considered a plus;\nThe company is offering: \nCompetitive remuneration package.\nComprehensive private health insurance.\nFood vouchers.\nSports benefits and corporate discounts.\nModern office located in Business Park Sofia.\nHybrid and flexible working arrangements.\nA friendly, collaborative, and international working environment.\nAccess to professional training and development opportunities.\nRegular team-building activities and company initiatives;\nReady to drive your success in a thriving company and join a team that cares about your growth and well-being?
