Creative Job Ads: Write job postings so captivating that even the couch potatoes will feel the urge to apply.

Candidate Nurturing: Be there for candidates as they make their way through interviews offering tips, support, and a friendly vibe to help them feel confident and prepared.

Database Management: Keep our candidate database organized while trying not to get lost in the sea of pizza lovers, cat enthusiasts, and aspiring circus performers (yes, we've seen them all).

Client Liaison: Build relationships that make our clients wonder how they ever survived without you and your charming personality.

A collaborative mindset: We are friends, counsellors, and advisors to each other, and love bringing together our ideas to continually optimise our work.

Social media skills: Knowing how to utilise LinkedIn and build a strong recruiter profile is important to reach and resonate with candidates.

Motivation: Successfully addressing candidate briefs in a competitive talent market presents various challenges. Therefore, sustaining motivation is essential to effectively overcome obstacles and achieve recruitment goals.

A focus on detail: Being transparent, honest and detail-oriented is important. You want to make sure you provide both clients, and candidates the full picture for every role.
