The company invests in research and development to enhance its technologies and processes, helping clients stay competitive in the fast-evolving electronics market.\nFor their internal needs, we are seeking for an enthusiastic Test Engineer for wafer and final testing of sensor devices to develop, deploy and optimize probe-and-final test solutions, collaborating with design, characterization and production teams to ensure quality, reliability and cost-efficient manufacturing tests.\nPrimary Responsibilities of the Role:\n Create and run wafer-probe and final test programs for sensors.\n Define test strategies and specs with design/product teams.\n Improve test coverage, yield and throughput.\n Troubleshoot yield problems and perform root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.\nAnalyze test data and produce technical reports.\n Support product launch and scale-up to mass production.\n Maintain and enhance existing test solutions.\n Ensure tests meet quality and production standards.\n Desired skills and experience:\n Degree (BSc/MSc) in EE, Microelectronics, Physics or similar.\n Background in wafer-probe and/or final test for semiconductors.\n Solid knowledge of analog/mixed-signal circuits, ideally sensors.\n Familiarity with ATE systems and test scripting.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.\n Independent, organized worker who collaborates well in teams.\n English fluency.\nThe company is offering:\nCompetitive remuneration.\n Additional health insurance and food vauchers. \n Bonus schema based on performance results. \n Opportunity to become part of a small collaborative team where your involvement will be highly visible and appreciated.\n Participation in diverse and interesting projects.\nIf you are a motivated and ready to take on new challenges, we would love to hear from you!
