Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You´ll Do\nReviewing flight test data and mission parameters with precision and analytical rigor.\nReconstructing missions to understand system behavior, performance trends, and deviations.\nSimulating flight physics to support mission planning, risk evaluation, and post flight assessments.\nCollaborating with flight analysts and operators to refine procedures and improve mission effectiveness.\nWorking with engineering teams to validate performance and identify areas for improvement.\nSupporting operational planning and contributing to the continuous enhancement of flight operations.\nProviding clear, actionable insights that directly influence decision making and future mission strategies.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need\nA background of 5 to 10 years in flight operations, aircraft performance, mission analysis, or a strong 1 to 2 year track record in highly relevant UAV operations or flight physics.\nExperience reviewing flight logs, telemetry, and complex mission data. Strong understanding of aircraft performance, aerodynamics, and operational constraints.\nHands on exposure to flight simulation, mission reconstruction, or operational modeling.\nFamiliarity with UAV or drone operation is highly valuable.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with pilots, engineers, and operators in fast paced environments.\nClear communication skills to deliver insights that support rapid and informed decisions.\nWho You Are\nYou are energized by real world flight challenges and love diving into mission data to understand exactly what happened and why.
