Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport our HR team with day-to-day HR activities and employee-related topics in Switzerland\nKeep our employee database and HR systems organized, accurate, and up to date\nSupport the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, internal moves, documentation, and offboarding\nHelp prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records\nSupport the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and people data for HR activities and decision-making\nCoordinate onboarding activities and help new employees navigate their first days and weeks at Destinus\nAssist the HR team with recurring people processes, meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions\nContribute to local and international HR projects focused on improving processes and the employee experience\nSupport internal events and employee initiatives that strengthen collaboration across our teams\nWork closely with our international People team and gain exposure to different HR practices across Destinus locations\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Need\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or a commercial qualification such as a CFC or EFZ with an HRSE qualification\nStrong interest in developing your career in HR and gaining practical experience in an HR environment\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working in an international environment\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly\nComfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\nProfessional working proficiency in English, as this is our main working language\nFrench language skills are highly valued for supporting our local team in Canton of Vaud\nPrevious HR, administrative, or people-related internship experience is a plus\nEligibility to work in Switzerland\nAvailability to complete a 12-month internship\nWho You Are\nYou are curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in building a career in HR.
