Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport our HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities and employee-related topics\nAssist throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, internal moves, documentation, and offboarding\nPrepare HR documentation and help ensure employee records and HR systems remain accurate and up to date\nSupport the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and people data for HRBP activities and internal decision-making\nCoordinate onboarding activities and help create a smooth experience for new employees from day one\nBe a first point of support for general employee HR questions and connect employees with the right person when needed\nAssist HRBPs with recurring people processes, meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions\nContribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes, employee experience, and the way we work\nSupport internal events, employee initiatives, and activities that help bring our teams together\nCollaborate with the wider international People team and gain exposure to different areas of HR\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Need\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law or a related field\nStrong interest in developing your career in HR and learning how an HR Business Partner function operates\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work with confidential and sensitive information responsibly\nComfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\nProfessional working proficiency in both Spanish and English, as English is our main working language across Destinus\nPrevious HR, administrative, or people-related internship experience is a plus, but not essential\nEligibility to complete an internship in Spain\nWho You Are\nYou are curious about people and how organizations work, but you also enjoy getting things done.
