Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You´ll Do\nDesign and implement security policies, technical controls, and zero-trust solutions aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and defence industry requirements.\n\nSecure Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, AWS, and on-premises infrastructure, including identity management, access controls, and system hardening.\n\nSupport the transition from Google-based to Microsoft-based IT architecture, ensuring security throughout the migration.\n\nImplement and optimize SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, logging, and monitoring solutions to detect and respond to threats.\n\nInvestigate security incidents, coordinate with the SOC team, and drive remediation and continuous improvement.\n\nLead cybersecurity projects covering network segmentation, VPNs, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and secure connectivity.\n\nCollaborate with IT and engineering teams to embed security best practices across infrastructure, software, and hardware development.\n\nSupport security audits, regulatory compliance, supplier assessments, and employee security awareness initiatives.\n\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT security engineering, systems engineering, or cloud security, with proven delivery of security projects.\nStrong experience securing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, AWS, and Windows/macOS/Linux environments.\nExperience with SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, endpoint management, and security monitoring tools such as Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk.\nSolid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, identity management, zero-trust architecture, and secure configurations.\nScripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.\nKnowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIST frameworks, risk management, and security compliance.\nStrong communication skills and fluency in English.\nWho You Are\nYou're a proactive, hands-on security professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and taking ownership of solutions.
