Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You´ll Do\nSupport senior and lead engineers in day-to-day electronic and system engineering activities across multiple programs.\nAssist in the integration of electronic subsystems into larger aerospace systems.\nParticipating actively in test preparation including setup of hardware, instrumentation, and test configurations.\nProvide hands-on support during testing activities, including execution, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.\nCollect, organize, and analyze test data to support engineering evaluations and design improvements.\nHelp identify issues during testing and collaborate with senior engineers to investigate root causes.\nContribute to the creation, update, and maintenance of technical documentation and test reports.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and testing processes.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams such as software, mechanical, and test engineers to ensure smooth system integration.\nGradually take ownership of defined tasks and subsystems as technical knowledge and confidence grows.\nLearn system engineering principles through real project exposure with a clear path toward becoming a system engineer.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need\nAcademic background in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field.\nFluency in both Spanish and English with the ability to work confidently in technical environments.\nA proactive attitude, mindset and strong desire to learn in a fast-moving engineering environment.\nWould be a plus\nFamiliar with avionics and systems such as autopilot, radar altimeter, air data units, magnetometers, AHRS, GPS, anti jamming and anti spoofing solutions, and servos.\nAvailability to support Ground and Flight-testing activities. \nExperienced in updating firmware in avionics and system components.\nAble to create electrical drawings to support engineering upgrades using tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, Zuken E3, or similar CAD software.\nFamiliar with version control systems.\nKnowledge of networking concepts including TCP and UDP.\nBasic experience with Python scripting and Linux Ubuntu commands.\nFamiliar with serial communication protocols such as RS232, RS422, RS485, and Ethernet.\nHands on experience with ground support equipment including multimeter, megohmmeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power meter, and data loggers.\nExperience with radio control or FPV drones as a personal hobby.\nWho You Are\nYou are at the beginning of your engineering journey and hungry to learn. You enjoy working alongside experienced engineers, asking questions, and getting your hands dirty with real hardware. You are adaptable, curious, and comfortable switching between theory and practice.
