Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and on time delivery.\nCoordinate the flow of work orders, materials, and production priorities across manufacturing operations.\nMonitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to maintain the right balance between availability and stock optimization.\nWork closely with the Procurement team to ensure materials are available when needed and support material requirements planning.\nPlan and coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and production capacity to maximize efficiency.\nCollaborate with Production teams to monitor manufacturing progress, identify deviations from plan, and ensure production targets are achieved.\nIdentify production bottlenecks, material shortages, and operational constraints, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.\nPartner with Logistics to ensure finished products are delivered according to customer commitments.\nPrepare and maintain accurate production records, schedules, inventory data, and performance reports.\nAnalyze production performance and recommend process improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of previous experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain, or production control within an industrial environment.\nStrong understanding of production planning methodologies, inventory management, and material requirements planning.\nExperience working with ERP or MRP systems for production scheduling and inventory management.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple production activities in a dynamic environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams.\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nFluent English.
