Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You´ll Do\nDefine and develop test setups, procedures, and test routines on component, module, and system-level.\nPerform RF measurements and characterization across the product development lifecycle.\nAnalyse, evaluate and interpret measurement data\nCreate documentation and test reports\nCollaborate closely with RF, hardware, software, and system engineers to support design validation and troubleshooting\nManage and handle calibration, repair and purchases of measurement equipment in collaboration with other team members\nConduct evaluations and performance testing in both laboratory and field environments.\nSupport prototype bring-up, debugging, and integration activities.\nRequirements\nWhat You´ll Need\nStrong knowledge of RF measurement techniques and methodologies.\nStrong knowledge and hands on experience with RF measurement equipment is a must\nSolid understanding of RF theory, RF components, and RF system architectures.\nStructured and organized working style with the ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and project needs.\nAbility to document, communicate, and present technical results effectively.\nPractical experience assembling, integrating, and troubleshooting RF systems.\nExperience with test automation using scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related field is preferred.\nWho You Are\nYou are a hands-on, detail-oriented RF Test Engineer with a passion for precision and performance.
