Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and continuously improve physical security across our Spanish facilities, including production areas, engineering environments, offices, and storage locations\nConduct facility security risk assessments and translate findings into practical security measures\nManage CCTV, intrusion detection, electronic access control, and other physical security systems\nCoordinate Security Operations Center monitoring and ensure effective response when incidents occur\nLead security incident response, investigations, reporting, and emergency procedures \nManage relationships and contracts with licensed security providers, define guarding requirements, and monitor service quality and compliance\nEnsure security personnel meet applicable Spanish requirements, including valid TIP credentials where required\nSupport compliance with Spanish requirements for the protection of classified information and security requirements established by Spanish defense authorities\nWork across relevant frameworks and requirements including ENS where applicable, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIS2, GDPR, export control, and defense-related regulations\nSupport security audits, compliance reviews, regulatory inspections, and interaction with government authorities when required \nHelp secure our supply chain by implementing appropriate procurement and logistics procedures for sensitive technologies, equipment, materials, and components\nSupport supplier security requirements and ensure logistics activities align with export control and defense security obligations \nBuild a strong security culture across Destinus Spain through awareness programs, training, security drills, and incident response exercises\nMake sure teams understand how to handle sensitive information, follow security procedures, and report incidents effectively\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field\nAt least 7 years of experience in corporate, military, government, or comparable security environments\nExperience within defense, critical infrastructure, or another highly regulated security environment\nProven experience managing security operations, teams, and facility protection\nExperience working with licensed security service providers\nHands-on experience developing and implementing security awareness and training programs\nSolid knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related physical security systems\nWorking proficiency with MS Office\nFluent Spanish and English are essential for this position\nWho You Are\nYou are security-minded without being bureaucracy-minded.
