Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and supplier quality strategies aligned with aerospace and defense requirements \nLead supplier audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and defense standards \nMonitor supplier performance, track non-conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions \nInvestigate and analyze root causes of production or supplier issues and define process improvements \nEstablish and report supplier and internal quality KPIs, highlighting trends and risks to management \nCollaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Production to qualify new suppliers and support supplier development \nConduct FAI, FMEA, PPAP, and PQP reviews to ensure all parts and processes meet our standards \nMaintain clear documentation of inspections, control plans, and quality management system records \nSupport customer and regulatory audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all supply chains \nChampion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that raise the bar for performance and reliability \nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need\nBachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field \n3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality roles within aerospace, automotive, or high-tech production \nStrong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and root cause analysis \nExperience conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective actions \nProficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and quality management tools \nCertifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are a strong plus \nExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills \nFluent in English, both written and spoken \nWho You Are\nYou thrive where precision meets pressure.
