Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKeep the Flow Running: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring every item is in its designated location and ready for dispatch. \nMaintain Accurate Records: Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system, keeping inventory in and out fully up to date. \nCollaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator, purchasing, engineering, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations and stock control. \nOptimize and Organize the Warehouse: Continuously improve and tidy the warehouse, sort out and register items that currently lack a clear location or status, and help implement a standard way of working across warehouse processes. \nEnsure Smooth Deliveries: Identify and report potential delivery issues, such as pending tariff payments or missing documentation, to the Purchasing department. \nPrioritize Safety and Efficiency: Implement and uphold workplace health and safety practices, keeping the warehouse organized and compliant. \nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need\nMust-Have\nStrong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams. \nExperience using ERP systems for warehouse management. \nFluent in English-you’ll be working with international teams. \nNice-to-Have\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) warehouse modules. \nPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role. \nWho You Are\nYou’re not just a Warehouse Operator-you’re the backbone of an efficient supply chain.
