What You´ll Do

  • Receive, organize, and store products efficiently, ensuring every item is in its designated location.
  • Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system, keeping inventory up to date.
  • Work closely with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations and stock control.
  • Identify and report potential delivery issues, such as pending tariff payments or missing documentation to the Purchasing department.
  • Implement and uphold workplace health and safety practices, keeping the warehouse organized and compliant.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Experience using ERP systems for warehouse management.
  • Fluent in English -you’ll be working with international teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) warehouse modules.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role.
