Key Responsibilities: Support General Manager to ensure accurate timely reporting of all sales activities (sales calls, sales visit, sales pipeline inquiries/RFQ, etc.) and performance data to management. Plans and directs new business development operations. Together with General Manager deliver results (revenue, volume, GP, day sales outstanding/AR, expenses where relevant) in the country in line with agreed budget and development targets.
To develop business opportunities in understanding the opportunities, the account presents and guidance for sales team (opportunities for locally controlled business and leads for overseas-controlled business). Manage, support, and provide leadership and guidance to teammates to achieve and maintain customers’ satisfaction. Enhance and deploy business development strategy focused on the client’s needs, industry challenges and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations resulting in new and expanded business in Indonesia.
Pro-actively align/engage with Global/Regional/Country Account Managers, local Project Manager and Operations team, to make contribution to network RFQ's.
