Essential Responsibilities: Reception Duties:\nGreet and direct all visitors, vendors, and drivers in a professional and courteous manner.\nAnswer and route incoming calls promptly, taking messages as needed.\nMaintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.\nReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.\nMonitor and manage visitor logs and ensure all guests comply with safety procedures. Administrative Duties:\nPerform data entry of warehouse documents including shipment receipts, inventory adjustments, and order processing.\nMaintain and update shipping, receiving, and inventory control logs.\nAssist with generating shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.\nCoordinate office supply orders and maintain stock of administrative materials.\nSupport warehouse team with filing, reporting, and recordkeeping tasks.\nCoordinate office administrative tasks such as setting up workstations, organizing storage areas, and preparing office layouts. Page 2 of 2\nOrder and maintain stock of office and warehouse supplies including furniture, cleaning materials, and general inventory needs.\nAssist in the initial setup and coordination of the warehouse office environment, including arranging IT support and office equipment.\nLiaise with vendors and service providers for facility-related needs or repairs.
