Delivery Support Specialist

Job Description:

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

We are looking for a Delivery Support Specialist to support testing, regression, documentation, runbooks, and repeatable reporting-related delivery tasks. The role is intended for a reliable execution-focused profile with strong discipline, consistency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing and regression activities in a structured and reliable manner
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for recurring delivery tasks
• Support MI and reporting factory activities
• Support repeatable run and operational tasks with low supervision after ramp-up
• Contribute to consistent delivery quality across recurring processes
• Support the wider team with execution-focused delivery activities
• Ensure accurate completion of routine tasks and documentation updates

Skills

• Good execution discipline and strong attention to detail
• Basic to intermediate SQL and reporting support skills
• Comfort working with documentation and standard procedures
• Ability to work reliably on recurring and process-driven tasks
• Team-oriented mindset and dependable working style
• Willingness to learn and grow into a broader delivery scope over time
• Exposure to QA, run support, or reporting operations is an advantage
• Experience in financial services or controlled environments is beneficial
• Basic understanding of BI or data-related processes is helpful
