The AO ensures that applications are enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Bank’s IT security, risk, compliance, application strategy, and service-level requirements, while identifying, managing, and appropriately escalating associated risks and issues.\n\nIn the Scrum Master capacity, the role is responsible for enabling effective Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the Scrum Team and stakeholders, removing impediments, managing dependencies, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement, and ensuring transparent communication of sprint progress, risks, and outcomes. The role works closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, technology functions, vendors, and governance stakeholders to align application ownership obligations with business priorities and agreed delivery goals.\n\nYour key responsibilities:\nFacilitate Disaster Recovery activities by reviewing DR plans and coordinating the execution of DR exercise for the application.\nManage internal and external application audits and audit issue remediation activities.\nManage remediation of gaps in application lifecycle management activities such as account recertification, remediation of application configuration gaps, etc.\nManage application-related risk and compliance evaluation tasks and resolution of gaps in this area.\nManage any IT security incidents that may occur in the application.\nPlan and manage application events and database events monitoring using bank-wide standard monitoring tools.\nManage application capacity forecasting and monitoring.\nPlan and manage application user access-related tasks.\nInfrastructure activities - server procurement, server activation, server decommission.\nPlan for application hardware, software, and license upgrades or migration activities to align to compliant platforms.\nClose coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and vendors.\nStrong logical aptitude to understand the overall application and root out the gaps where required.\nGood questioning skills to understand the root cause of the request.\nAO should have basic technical capabilities and infrastructure knowledge.\nNetworking knowledge will be value added.\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.\nCoach the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, team roles, and continuous improvement.\nSupport the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritized, and delivery-ready product backlog aligned with business objectives.\nRemove impediments, manage dependencies, and escalate risks or blockers that could affect sprint goals or delivery commitments.\nPromote team self-organization, collaboration, accountability, and a sustainable delivery pace.\nTrack and communicate relevant delivery metrics, sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders.\nProtect the team from unnecessary interruptions and help maintain focus on agreed sprint goals.\nDrive continuous improvement by facilitating actionable retrospectives and following through on agreed improvement actions.\nCoordinate with other Scrum Masters, delivery teams, technology functions, and governance stakeholders to manage cross-team dependencies and align delivery.\nEnsure Agile delivery practices comply with applicable organizational governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.\n\nYour skills and experience:\nPeople management.\nInformation security controls understanding.\nGovernance and compliance experience.\nAudit experience and IAM (Identity and Access Management).\nScrum, Agile certification and experience.\nExcellent communication and influencing skills.\nOpen minded.\nAbility to work in fast-paced environment.\nAbility to manage the expectations of stakeholders.\nVendor management will be (written/verbal).\n\nEducation/ Qualifications:\nAny Graduate, Post Graduate from an accredited college or university.\nSoftware technology tools (OS – UNIX and Windows, Java, .NET, Databases – Oracle, Sybase, SQL, Web concepts) P2 – Basic.\nIT Security, Risk & Compliance P2 – Basic.\nSystems Development Lifecycle P3 – Experienced.\nProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance
