Should be completely involved in daily production.\n\nReporting to the client and the management\n\nTimely escalations of exceptional issues to internal management\n\nEnsuring that service levels are met and strive to exceed service levels\n\nCoordinating with the training team and Senior team members to ensure that all documentation, processes and procedures are accurate and up to date and ensure that all staff are aware of these and follow them\n\nPlanning and managing training and ensure staff are adequately trained\n\nEnsuring ongoing coaching of team members and ensure personal development plans are in place for all team leaders and members\n\nEnsuring productivity processes are robust and strive to improve productivity\n\nManaging the quality control process within the team, ensure adherence to quality concepts and drive a process of continuous improvement in quality\n\nMonitoring, measuring and reporting on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales\n\nPromoting awareness of the Escalation Matrix within the team and ensure adherence of the same\n\nOwning the allocation and prioritization of all work.
