Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience designing and developing scalable backend microservices and data processing systems using Python; designing and implementing solutions optimized for distributed environments across multiple public cloud platforms; building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines leveraging industry standard tools including Git to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient deployments in compliance with enterprise-grade standards; performing schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning with SQL and NoSQL databases; participating in Agile development processes throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, iterative code reviews, sprint demos, and retrospectives; utilizing monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus and Splunk for cloud-native applications to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure system health; implementing containerization in Unix environments with Docker and Kubernetes; and writing shell scripts for networking requirements and Identity and Access Management (IAM) in public clouds. Salary range: $116,000.00 - $140,000.00/year.
