Purpose Intro

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

Role Intro

The Chief Security Office (CSO) is responsible for protecting Deutsche Bank’s physical and information security landscape. Within CSO, the Information Security/Production Services (ISPS) division leads the Active Directory (AD) Governance & Data Quality function, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and security integrity.

As an Information Security Specialist - AD Data Quality, you will be responsible for focusing on the critical area of Active Directory data quality. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Active Directory data. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify data discrepancies, develop remediation strategies, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our AD data landscape. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on key projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to the bank's global information security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor and analyze Active Directory data for inconsistencies, anomalies, inaccuracies, and completeness issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis for data quality issues and propose sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and execute data quality reports and dashboards to identify trends and prioritize remediation efforts.
  • Develop and implement automated processes for data cleansing and enrichment where appropriate.
  • Partner effectively with a wide range of business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and address concerns.
  • Maintain and contribute to the development of comprehensive documentation of AD data governance policies, data quality processes, procedures, and findings.
  • Ensure adherence to Deutsche Bank's Active Directory data standards, policies, and procedures.

Skills

  • Experience in Information Security, Identity & Access Management, or IT Operations role with a strong focus on Active Directory.
  • Expertise in Active Directory data quality and governance.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, concepts, and components.
  • Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes of data quality issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
