You will work closely with Investment Managers, Lending Specialists and Product Partners to provide holistic client experience and drive sustainable business growth.\nResponsibilities\nManage and develop relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact across the Wealth Management offering.\nDrive acquisition of new clients and assets under management by identifying client needs, deepening relationships and expanding wallet share.\nCollaborate with Investment Managers, Lending Specialists and Product Partners to deliver tailored investment, lending and wealth planning solutions.\nCoordinate onboarding, periodic reviews and ongoing client lifecycle activities in partnership with KYC, AFC and operational teams.\nAct as Accountable Client Owner, ensuring compliance with regulatory, AML and risk management requirements.\nRepresent Deutsche Bank through client events, networking activities and market initiatives, supporting a consistent and high-quality client experience.\nSkills\nSeveral years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a comparable client-facing financial services environment, with proven exposure to HNW and UHNW clients.\nStrong understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions, lending, wealth planning and financial markets.\nCommercial mindset and strong relationship management skills, with the ability to identify, develop and convert business opportunities.\nGood knowledge of client lifecycle, KYC, regulatory and risk requirements applicable to Swiss Wealth Management.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.\nProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows and solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; CFA, MBA or other advanced qualifications are advantageous.
