Management platforms.\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-severity production incidents.\nEnsure rapid incident resolution to minimize impact on business operations and client-facing services.\nParticipate in major incident bridges and provide technical leadership during crisis situations.\nDrive problem management activities and implement permanent corrective actions.\nEngineering & Solution Development\nDesign, develop, and implement engineering solutions aligned with organizational objectives.\nBuild scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions for authorization services.\nDevelop automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.\nEnsure engineering solutions adhere to security, compliance, and architectural evaluate emerging technologies relevant to authorization and access control services.\nYour skills and experience\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Authorization, or Access Control platforms.\nExperience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications.\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.\nExperience with automation and scripting.\nKnowledge of system integration, authentication, and authorization concepts.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.\nStrong understanding of production support processes and ITIL practices.\nHave Knowledge on SDLC and Defect code fixation capabilities\nHave Knowledge on databases > Oracle, Redis, Languages as > Java, Angular python, Cloud infra knowledge, knowledge on K8, GIT,\nHave knowledge or experience on Monitoring tools like Splunk, New relic, Geneos, control M, Cloud watch\nEngineering Skills\nApplication support and engineering expertise.\nSystem design and architecture understanding.\nPerformance tuning and optimization.\nRelease and deployment management.\nPlatform reliability engineering experience.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to perform under pressure in high-priority production environments.\nLeadership and mentoring capabilities.\nStrong collaboration across global teams and time zones.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nExtensive experience in Application Support, Infrastructure Engineering, or Authorization Management platforms.\nExperience working within global enterprise environments, preferably in Financial Services.\nProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment
