It consists of approximately 90 colleagues worldwide, with 70 based in Bucharest.\nResponsibilities\nAct as a Senior QA engineer, part of the division TDI Private Bank, in Bucharest.\nWork hands-on as a QAA Engineer in a global environment with distributed delivery teams, developing robust new test suites and maintaining existing automation frameworks.\nGuide manual QA engineers through their transition to QAA, including identifying training needs, setting development goals, and facilitating continuous learning and knowledge sharing sessions within the chapter.\nDesign innovative, sustainable solutions which are congruent with the strategic direction of the Bank.\nProvide technical guidance on the testing strategy, design, and implementation of testing frameworks.\nDefine and implement best practices, solutions and standards related to your area of expertise.\nStay current with industry trends and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to solve complex problems.\nChallenge the ‘status quo’ and influence key stakeholders to ensure industry best practice is adhered to within your area of expertise.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, business analysts and development teams to ensure alignment on technical roadmaps.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nMinimum 7 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and automation.\nWell versed in testing techniques while having strong knowledge of testing types and tools.\nSolid programming skills in Java for developing robust and scalable test automation frameworks and scripts. Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, JUnit/TestNG leveraging Java, Cucumber/Gherkin, and cloud technologies.\nProven experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
