Corporate Actions Processing\nMonitor and process Corporate Action events (mandatory and voluntary), including announcement capture, entitlement, and instruction processing\nEnsure completeness and accuracy of event processing across systems\nPrepare and review client reporting, including entitlement reports, event summaries, and meeting results\nSupport related cash and FX processing for Corporate Actions where applicable\nHandle queries related to Corporate Actions events and provide timely responses\nUtilise automation / AI-assisted tools (e.g. data extraction, reconciliation support) to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processing where feasible\n2. Securities Settlements\nProcess and monitor securities settlements (DVP/RVP/FOP), including trade validation and status updates\nPerform trade matching, exception handling, and investigation of settlement breaks\nMonitor failed or unmatched trades and ensure timely resolution\nPrepare settlement-related reports, including cash projection and trade status reports\nSupport FX processing linked to settlement transactions where required\nApply data analytics / AI-supported insights to support exception monitoring and reporting accuracy\n3. Account Management & Static Data\nMaintain static data including account setup, client reference data, and settlement instructions\nSupport account opening, maintenance, and closure processes across internal and market systems\nPerform data validation and reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy\nPrepare supporting data for billing and reconciliation activities\nLeverage automation and digital tools to improve data quality and streamline maintenance processes\n4. Client Servicing & Reporting\nRespond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner\nPrepare and review standard and ad-hoc client reports\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Compliance) and external parties (clients, agents, market infrastructures)\nEnsure timely delivery of all reporting obligations\nUse AI-enabled tools where appropriate to support reporting preparation, data summarisation, and communication drafting, in line with internal policies\n5. Controls, Risk & Compliance\nPerform maker-checker controls (4-eyes principle) on critical processes\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and audit standards\nIdentify, monitor and escalate operational risks, exceptions, and control breaks\nMaintain proper documentation and support audit requirements\nEnsure responsible and compliant use of AI/tools, including adherence to data confidentiality, model governance, and audit requirements\n6.
