The Portfolio Management team centralisesdemand, project, vendor, financial and compliance oversight for Branch Technology France. The Team Lead drives transparent prioritisation, disciplined governance and effective delivery across the local technology portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Portfolio Management teamand establishcleargovernance, objectives, capacityplanning and performance monitoring.

• Ownportfolio demand, prioritisationand planning acrossrun-the-bankand change-the-bankinitiatives, ensuringalignmentwithbusiness and technologystrategy.

• Govern projectdelivery, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and management reporting, escalatingdecisionsand blockerspromptly.

• Direct vendorgovernance, commercial oversightand third-party processes, includingsourcing, contracts, service reviewsand riskmanagement.

• Overseeportfolio-levelcompliance, controls, audit actions and continuousimprovement, partneringwithbusiness, technologyand governancestakeholders.

Skills

• Essential:Fluent in French and English
