Support the PO, Analyst, and Scrum Master\n\nYour skills and experience:\nMin 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development\nStrong expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework\nSolid experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)\nGood knowledge of messaging platforms (JMS, MQ)\nExperience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or similar\nStrong understanding of batch processing, application security, and enterprise application architecture\nHands-on experience with application servers such as Tomcat, WildFly, or equivalent\nProven experience in end-to-end testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support\nDemonstrates a strong DevOps mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving\nDesign, develop, enhance, maintain, and support enterprise applications in line with IT application lifecycle standards and technology strategy\nParticipate in functional design, technical design, coding, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while ensuring high-quality deliverables\nExperience with Camunda or any BPM (Business Process Management) platform\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs\nSkills\nJ2EE, JMS, Java, MQ, Oracle, REST, SOAP,
