domain and at least 8 years working in regulatory reporting.\nShould have strong knowledge of critical regulations like Dodd Frank Act, MIFIR, CSDR, CASS, MSRB etc\nUnderstanding of Investment Banking products especially OTC Derivatives, other structured and unstructured products including Loans, Cash Equities, Bonds.\nUnderstanding of securities and derivatives trade lifecycle/payments is a plus\nAbility to leverage Generative AI tools to speed up the requirements gathering process\nHands-on experience with requirements gathering and documentation tools like JIRA, JAMA, Confluence etc.\nExperience in Agile and Scrum delivery\nStrong demonstratable experience of working with the business and senior technology stakeholders\nShould be able to contribute towards good software design\nStrong communication with stakeholders\nAnalyse software defects and fix them in timely manner\nWork closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams\nDegree in Finance, Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent computer degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent diploma/work experience)\nProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity,
