Delivery of DSM functionality will transform customer experience by providing omni-channel capability, quality of information, real-time interactions with the bank, self-servicing, deliver optimised business processes, API’s linking to back-end systems, robotics and machine learning to facilitate improvements in processes. The programme will transform the way clients and internal users interact with each other by delivering automation, reducing client onboarding and service turnaround times, all with the aim of protecting and growing the business.\nThe DSM programme team is looking to hire Site Reliability & DevOps engineers to join the Pune development team with emphasis on maintaining uninterrupted operations from the beginning to the end of a software’s life cycle and will require deep engagement and contribution in all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). You will continually drive the standards and adherence to the Productionization of new applications & features, change management process and Non-Functional Requirements ensuring applications are built with stability in mind and require minimal manual processes in day-to-day production support activities. state.\nWork on SRE tools, design and implement monitoring and observability solutions.\nWork with development teams to bring the solutions to the required state for automating deployment / recovery / observability.\nEnsure deployment / monitoring solutions are compliant with the Bank standards for SDLC.\nEnhance, develop, and maintain an automated workflow for onboarding of new features and major changes into Production.\nContinuous analysis of change related production issues and feedback bug fixes into application backlog for future sprints and releases, while actively monitoring and seeking opportunities, new methods, trends, capabilities, and products to the advancement of the organization\nProactively build and implement services to make IT and support better at their jobs, as well as predictable tasks, while monitoring releases and successfully deploying into production\nBuild tool to monitor the incidents/feed effectively and work with leads to define Service level agreement and Service level objective, as well as maintain NFR standards, baseline numbers and infra requirement.\nIdentify work items for optimizing the SDLC controls to improve service reliability in addition to identifying and communicating risks associated with new features and major changes into Production.\nParticipate in the end-to-end product life cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.\nDesign and develop solutions (configuration and development) in accordance with requirements and feature definitions, and in line with the overall architecture direction of the DSM programme.\nUndertaking peer reviews of, and creating solution architectures and designs, taking into consideration specific business and technical constraints, requirements, and dependencies.\nMentoring colleagues on adapting technologies, supporting in tricky situations, and encouraging to learn.\nYour skills and experience\nExtensive overall IT experience and experience building software and system while managing application/platform infrastructure, Access Management Program (APM) tools such as New Relic or AppDynamics, creating dashboards and alerts, logging tools such as Splunk, creating dashboards and alerts, documenting processes, and knowledge, and working experience of change management/production/operation, and incident tracking tools (i.e., Remedy, Heat, ServiceNow etc.)\nRelevant experience with GitHub actions, Terraform (Preferably on Google Cloud), Google Cloud with SDK, Kubernetes deployment automation, OpenShift deployment automation, experience in configuring Jenkins’s pipeline preferably with groovy scripting, maven in Java and spring boot application and docker with expertise on shell scripting and certificate management, knowledge of J2EE and spring boot applications with basic programming skills\nExposure to writing scripts in any scripting language (Bash/Python/PowerShell) Infrastructure as code, cloud, automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment, or development (CI/CD) pipeline etc.,\nMust be an expert engineer with a passion for good architecture and design.\nMust be hands-on in
