Within a diverse team, you will contribute to stable operations, share your knowledge, and support your colleagues in a structured on-call rotation and shift-based operating model. A strong focus of this role is the automation and standardization of operational processes. You will design, implement, and continuously improve automated operational procedures using Ansible and related automation platforms to increase efficiency, stability, and service quality across our Linux environments. We call this: Exchange Mindset!\nYour skills:\nGood knowledge of Linux operating systems, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Debian\nGood knowledge of DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory\nStrong hands-on experience with Ansible and automation platforms\nExperience in automating operational processes and system administration tasks across Linux environments\nAbility to design, implement, and maintain automated deployment, configuration, and maintenance processes\nExperience operating and supporting business-critical applications\nKnow-how and hands-on experience with ITIL as well as knowledge of DevOps principles\nDatabase management know-how in at least one technology (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)\nWillingness to participate in a shift-based operating model and on-call rotation\nIdeally, expertise in a regulated banking, financial services, or energy market environment\nMindset of an influencer who wants to collaborate and continuously improve the status quo\nVery good language skills in English and German\nPlease note that an additional background and qualification check will be carried out for this position in compliance with data protection regulations.
