In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring delivered solutions meet expectations.\nYour responsibilities:\nGather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews\nTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories\nCollaborate closely with development, configuration, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle\nPerform impact analysis on existing systems and processes for proposed changes\nSupport UAT planning and execution, ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases\nFacilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams\nContribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation standards\nYour profile:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field\n3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally in financial services or post-trade environments\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience writing functional specifications and user stories\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); additional Agile certifications or advanced knowledge are considered an asset\nExperience with JIRA and Confluence is an advantage\nExposure to SQL and data analysis is beneficial\nKnowledge of the fund industry is a plus\nUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) or financial market infrastructures is an asset\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
