You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that new functionalities are properly specified, thoroughly tested, and successfully delivered to our clients and stakeholders.\nYour responsibilities:\nAs a Functional Analyst & Tester, you will contribute to the analysis, validation, and implementation of business and technology solutions across our settlement platforms.\nCollaborating with Business, Operations, and Development teams to analyze, prepare, and validate system enhancements and changes. \nGathering, documenting, reviewing, and refining functional and system requirements. \nDefining functional acceptance criteria and establishing effective testing approaches. \nPerforming functional, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability. \nIdentifying, documenting, tracking, and reporting defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle. \nSupporting clients and stakeholders during testing activities and implementation phases. \nContributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution. \nPreparing training materials and supporting internal user training sessions. \nPresenting functional topics, test results, and project updates to team members and stakeholders. \nFollowing established methodologies, governance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. \nSupporting strategic IT projects and business initiatives within the Settlement domain. \nYour profile:\nUniversity degree or equivalent professional qualification and experience. \n2-3 years of experience as a Functional Analysis, Business Analysis, or Testing within the financial services industry. \nExperience in Securities settlement, custody, back-office operations within a financial institution\nExperience with SQL and relational databases, XML processing and data analysis \nExperience with Use-case modeling and business process analysis \nExperience with SWIFT messaging standards and post-trade processing \nExperience with Securities settlement and market infrastructure environments \nExperience with AI-powered tools and technologies that enhance analysis, testing, and productivity \nExperience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and GitHub. \nStrong interest in Information Technology and financial systems. \nExcellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. \nStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills. \nProven ability to understand, structure, and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences. \nCollaborative team player with a positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. \nAbility to perform effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. \nProfessional proficiency in spoken and written English. \nYou can look forward to our benefit package:\nHybrid Work and Flexible working hours \nWork from abroad -
