Field of Activity

Working closely with the HR team in Singapore, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across a broad range of HR activities. Area of coverage includes all entities in scope under Deutsche Boerse Group in Asia & Middle East.

Your Responsibilities:

Internship Management

• Support intern recruitment activities including job posting, screening of CVs, interview coordination, new joiner orientation etc.
• Coordinate intern get-together sessions

HR Services

• Support employee expense reimbursement processes through SAP Concur
• Support time management processes through SAP Fiori
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee enquiries related to time management and expense management processes
• Assist in employee lifecycle, such as but not limited to onboarding and offboarding procedures and employee documentation preparations
• Benefits administration support for employees

Projects

• Assist in employee filing and document digitalization
• Support document template and standardization process
• Coordinate the logistics of employee engagement, CSR, and wellbeing activities
• Provide administrative support for other ad hoc initiatives as required

Your Profile:

• A passionate individual who is keen to pursue a career in Human Resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, any proficiencies in automation tools is an added advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders across different levels
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and mindset

Internship duration: December 2026 - May 2027
