Join our One Global Team!\nYour area of work:\nAs an intern - IT Touchpoint (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Corporate IT Cloud Operations department.\nYour responsibilities:\nAssist with the handout and return of hardware (such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones), includinghelping users with device setup\nGain interesting insights in Involvement in IT projects and initiatives, and the implementation of newtechnologies or processes.\nHelp analyse and evaluate incident information and resolutions accurately, supporting the documentationprocess for IT issues\nSupport the team by providing onsite support to users by helping resolve technical issues with hardware andsoftware, ensuring immediate hands-on assistance\nGain insights in strong communication and interpersonal skills by interacting directly with end users, includingVIPs and executives, and ensuring a positive user experience\nYour profile:\nYou are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s Degree program with a recognized institution focusing on ComputerScience or Engineering and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor'sdegree or similar for no more than 6 months\n\nIdeally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of internships (e.g. experienceabroad, internships) in the IT Support area\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nDemonstrate flexibility\nTeam player with good communication skills\nYou have good knowledge in Windows 11, MS-Office applications, SAP and other Microsoft products\nYou are fluent in written and spoken English.
