testing strategy.\nYour Responsibilities\nCollaborate with software engineers, functional analysts, and product teams to understand new features, refine requirements, and define meaningful test scenarios.\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain integration, end-to-end (E2E), regression, and exploratory tests to ensure software quality and reliability.\nDevelop new automated test cases and continuously improve and maintain existing test suites.\nDesign and execute functional test cases, both manual and automated.\nEnsure compliance with established product testing standards, quality requirements, and best practices.\nParticipate in code reviews with a focus on testability, maintainability, and overall product quality.\nEnsure test coverage aligns with business-critical workflows, system integrations, and trading scenarios.\nValidate integrations between services, APIs, messaging systems, and external components.\nConduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, usability concerns, and potential system risks.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects, support root cause analysis, and collaborate with software engineers on resolution.\nDocument testing activities, test results, and quality metrics in a clear and structured manner.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, frameworks, and automation practices.\nCollaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI pipelines and ensure rapid feedback on software changes.\nContribute to the definition, implementation, and evolution of the overall testing strategy.\nYour Profile\nStrong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and Agile software development practices.\nPassion for software quality, ownership, and continuous learning.\nExperience designing and executing tests at different levels, including integration, end-to-end (E2E), regression, and exploratory testing.\nAbility to review, understand, and contribute to automated tests implemented in Java or Kotlin.\nExperience with test automation tools and frameworks.\nExperience using Git for source code version control and collaboration within software development teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems and identify risks or gaps.\nFamiliarity with CI pipelines and modern software development workflows.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with software engineers, functional analysts, and product stakeholders.\nExcellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.\nWould Be an Advantage\nExperience with tools and technologies such as GitHub, Docker, and Jenkins.\nKnowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.\nExperience with build and dependency management tools such as Gradle or Maven.\nExperience working with trading platforms, energy markets, or other business-critical transaction
