You do not hesitate to ask questions, express your doubts, or kindly challenge ideas during discussions. You have no problem admitting and accepting mistakes.\nHigh degree of self-dependence - You are self-motivated, looking for opportunities to improve things or your own skills constantly. You take responsibility and are motivated to deliver.\nTeam player - You are able to work with people of different backgrounds and personalities; you are happy to help and share your expertise.
