Dein Arbeitsgebiet

Als Werkstudent - Business Process Management (w/m/d) unterstützt du im Fachbereich Financial Accounting & Controlling das Team maßgeblich bei der Erstellung von Analysen und der Vorbereitung relevanter Unterlagen und Präsentationen für das Management. Du wirst aktiv in die Financial Accounting & Controlling (FA&C) Prozesse eingebunden und wir bieten dir vielseitige, interessante und vor allem anspruchsvolle Aufgaben.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Pflege des monatlichen KPI und KRI Reporting für FA&C
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und der Pflege der Prozesslandschaft sowie der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von PowerPoint-Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
Du erhältst interessante Einblicke in die Erstellung von Prozessflowcharts in BPMN 2.0 und Risiko-Kontroll-Matrizen und unterstützt das Team bei der Qualitätssicherung erstellter Prozessflowcharts über FA&C hinweg
Neben diesen spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich viele Insights durch die Mitarbeit in laufenden Projekten im Bereich des Prozessmanagements (z.B. Definition der BPM Methodologie, Internal Control System, FA&C Performance Measurement Framework)

Dein Profil:

Du bist während der gesamten Tätigkeitsdauer an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule als ordentlicher Student immatrikuliert und hast mindestens 2 Semester abgeschlossen (Studienschwerpunkt im Bereich / Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, VWL, BWL)
Idealerweise hast du bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Finanz-Bereich oder in der Beratung/Audit
Du hast Interesse an Finanz- und Kapitalmärkten
Dank deiner kooperativen Art findest du dich schnell ins Team ein. Dein strukturiertes Denken und deine sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten helfen dir dabei, dich schnell und eigenständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
