You will work with cross-functional teams to build next-generation AI products that automate workflows, enhance customer experiences, and enable intelligent decision-making across enterprise platforms.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications using Java and/or Kotlin.\nBuild AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.\nIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications and APIs.\nDevelop scalable microservices and backend services supporting AI-driven workflows.\nImplement orchestration pipelines for multi-agent systems and AI workflows.\nBuild secure RESTful APIs for AI services and enterprise integrations.\nOptimise AI applications for latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.\nCollaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.\nStay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, agentic AI, and enterprise AI ecosystems.\n\nRequirements: \n3.6-5 years of software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Java.\nHands-on experience with Kotlin.\nPractical experience in agentic AI development.\nExperience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.\nExperience with Spring Boot and backend application development.\nKnowledge of AI agent orchestration concepts, tool calling, memory, and planning.\nStrong understanding of object-orientated programming (OOP) and design patterns.\nExperience with Git and modern software development practices.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with LangGraph, LangChain4j, Spring AI, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.\nKnowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\nExperience with vector databases.\nExposure to Kubernetes and Docker.\nExperience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering and AI evaluation techniques.\nKnowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. ).\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nA bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and
