Android Developer

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Android application development using Java, Kotlin, Jetpack, and Jetpack Compose, along with a good understanding of modern Android architectures and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
• Build scalable and responsive UI using Jetpack Compose and Android UI components.
• Develop applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Work with Android Jetpack components such as ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, and Lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain modern Android architectures such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Android application development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Good hands-on experience with Jetpack and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture components.
• Experience with MVVM / Clean Architecture or similar architectural patterns.
• Good understanding of Android SDK, UI/UX principles, and application lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with coroutines and Kotlin Flow.
• Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of Android performance optimization and best practices.
