The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programmes; collaborating closely with engineering, AI/ML, architecture, data science, and product teams; and driving AI programmes from strategy to enterprise-scale execution.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nAI Program Strategy and Execution: \nLead enterprise-scale AI / GenAI technical programmes from planning to execution and production rollout.\nDrive execution of large AI initiatives focused on generative AI platforms, agentic AI systems, and intelligent automation programs.\n\nEnterprise AI copilots and workflows: \nDefine program execution strategies, milestones, dependencies, delivery frameworks, and risk mitigation plans.\nTranslate business priorities into scalable technical programme roadmaps.\n\nTechnical Program Management: \nPartner closely with engineering, AI/ML, architecture, product, and data science teams to drive the successful execution of AI programmes.\nDrive end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, prioritisation, stakeholder communication, and governance.\nCoordinate multiple engineering squads and technical workstreams across AI platforms and enterprise systems.\nManage technical dependencies, delivery timelines, escalation management, and release readiness.\n\nAI / GenAI Platform Understanding: \nStrong understanding of large language models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, agentic AI and multi-agent systems, AI orchestration frameworks, and vector databases.\nEnterprise AI workflows and automation platforms.\nCollaborate with technical teams on APIs, integrations, architecture discussions, scalability, and platform readiness.\nPartner on AI governance, observability, reliability, compliance, and security initiatives.\n\nStakeholder and Executive Leadership: \nWork closely with executive leadership, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.\nDrive programme governance, delivery reporting, KPIs, executive dashboards, and adoption tracking.\nLead programme prioritisation, cross-functional alignment, and enterprise change management.\nInfluence senior stakeholders and drive execution across distributed teams.\n\nTeam Leadership: \nLead large cross-functional programme teams and enterprise AI delivery programmes.\nMentor technical program managers and build strong TPM practices across the organisation.\nDrive operational excellence, agile execution, and programme maturity frameworks.\n\nRequirements: \n15-20 years of experience in technical program management/engineering program management/enterprise technology delivery.\nStrong experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programmes.\nProven experience working with AI/ML or generative AI initiatives.\nStrong experience driving complex technical programmes involving engineering, product, architecture, and data teams.\nExcellent programme execution, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.\nExperience managing multi-team dependencies, risks, escalations, and delivery governance.\nStrong analytical thinking, prioritisation, and execution mindset.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nGenerative AI / LLM ecosystems.\nOpenAI / Anthropic ecosystems.\nLangChain / LangGraph.\nAI orchestration frameworks.\nCloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).\nEnterprise SaaS platforms.\nAgile / SAFe program delivery frameworks.\nAI governance, observability, security, and
