frameworks and orchestration platforms.\nBuild scalable LLM-powered applications with high reliability, security, and observability.\nCollaborate with product and design teams to define AI product strategy and execution.\nEstablish engineering best practices, code quality standards, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.\nDesign scalable backend services and APIs supporting AI-driven experiences.\nOptimize inference latency, prompt engineering, retrieval quality, and AI system performance.\nImplement monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails for production AI systems.\nOwn technical roadmap, delivery planning, hiring, and engineering excellence.\nDrive architecture discussions and technology decisions across AI platforms.\n\nRequirements: \n8-13 years of software engineering experience with 2-4+ years managing engineering teams.\nProven experience leading high-performing engineering teams in product companies.\nStrong experience delivering large-scale consumer-facing products.\nStrong engineering leadership with a hands-on mindset.\nProven track record of building production-scale Agentic AI systems.\nPassion for solving complex engineering challenges using AI.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth product environment.\n\nAgentic AI and Generative AI: \nHands-on experience building Agentic AI workflows in production.\nExperience building 01 AI product from concept to scale.\nStrong understanding of LLM orchestration and multi-agent architectures.\nExperience with: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and AutoGen.\nStrong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), tool calling, function calling, memory management, planning and reasoning, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.\n\nBackend and Platform: \nStrong expertise in Python (preferred) or Java.\nExperience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.\nStrong API design using REST/GraphQL.\nExperience designing distributed systems and microservices.\nKnowledge of asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures.\n\nAI Infrastructure: \nExperience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.\nHands-on experience with vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, and ChromaDB.\nExperience with AI observability tools such as LangSmith, Arize, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations is a plus.\n\nCloud and DevOps: \nExperience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.\nExperience in Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring and logging.\nInfrastructure as Code is a plus.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience working in B2C or consumer-facing product companies.\nStrong understanding of AI safety, governance, and production best practices.\nExperience scaling AI systems serving millions of users.\nExperience with experimentation, A/B testing, and AI performance optimization.\nBachelor's or master's degree in
