roadmap for enterprise-wide AI and technology transformation initiatives.\nLead large, complex, cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Product, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.\nTranslate business strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.\nEstablish operating mechanisms, governance structures, and review cadences for strategic initiatives.\nDrive prioritization decisions across competing business objectives and resource constraints.\n\nAI and Platform Transformation: \nPartner with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable AI-powered products and platforms.\nDrive adoption of generative AI, RAG-based systems, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI solutions.\nLead build vs. buy evaluations and technology investment decisions.\nEstablish frameworks for AI governance, compliance, privacy, security, and responsible AI adoption.\nDrive organization-wide AI adoption through measurable outcomes and change management initiatives.\n\nProgram Execution and Operational Excellence: \nManage a portfolio of strategic programs with clear visibility into risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.\nDevelop mechanisms to monitor program health, execution quality, and business impact.\nProactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, security, and adoption risks.\nDefine and track KPIs that measure technical, operational, and business outcomes.\nEnsure alignment between strategic objectives and execution priorities.\n\nStakeholder and Executive Management: \nPartner with VP, SVP, and C-level leaders to define priorities and drive decision-making.\nInfluence stakeholders without direct authority across multiple business functions.\nPresent program status, investment proposals, business cases, and risk assessments to executive leadership.\nFacilitate alignment across diverse teams with competing priorities and objectives.\n\nLeadership and Organizational Impact: \nBuild and scale TPM capabilities, processes, and best practices across the organization.\nMentor and develop technical program managers and emerging leaders.\nDrive a culture of accountability, transparency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.\nEstablish sustainable operating models that scale beyond individual contributors.\n\nRequirements: \n14-18 years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, product delivery, or related leadership roles.\nProven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern technology ecosystems.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams.\nExperience working with AI/ML, data platforms, generative AI, RAG architectures, or intelligent automation initiatives.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience defining governance frameworks, operating mechanisms, and organizational processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience in consumer internet, e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, logistics, or large-scale technology organizations.\nExposure to enterprise AI platforms, semantic search, vector databases, LLM-based applications, and AI governance frameworks.\nExperience driving enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies.\nMBA or advanced degree preferred.\nExperience managing TPM organizations and leading managers.\n\nSuccess Metrics: \nDelivery of strategic AI and technology initiatives against committed outcomes.\nAI adoption and measurable business impact across functions.\nProgram predictability, execution excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.\nReduction in delivery risk and
