along the way.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOwn complex, cross-team programs end-to-end, from planning through launch, keeping scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks visible and under control.\nSolid B2C experience.\nBuild and maintain clear plans, milestones, and status reporting that engineering, product, and leadership can rely on, and communicate with executive-level clarity on progress, risks, and decisions needed.\nIdentify and unblock cross-team dependencies early, and escalate trade-offs with clear options and a recommendation.\nApply strong program and project planning practices (Agile, Scrum, and Kanban), alongside disciplined dependency, risk, and change management, to keep delivery predictable as scope and priorities evolve.\nRun effective rituals such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and continuously improve how teams deliver, including through post-launch reviews that turn lessons into lasting process changes.\nTrack delivery and quality metrics, and use them to forecast, adjust, and communicate honestly about progress, drawing on delivery metrics and forecasting methods to set realistic commitments.\nPartner with technical leads to understand architecture, cloud, and software delivery practices well enough to challenge estimates and sequencing and to weigh technical risk, reliability, and release readiness.\nUse AI tools to automate reporting and surface risks sooner, and help teams adopt AI-assisted ways of working in delivery.\nManage delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms so that plans, dependencies, and status stay accurate and transparent across teams.\nMentor and coach program managers and team members, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where stakeholders can raise concerns early.\n\nRequirements: \nA certification such as PMP, SAFe, or similar, showing a structured approach to program delivery.\nExperience running programs across multiple geographies and time zones, with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across distributed teams.\nExposure to AI/ML delivery or data-platform programs, including an understanding of the specific risks and
