and CI/CD.\nIdentify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.\nMentor and guide senior engineers and contribute to the overall engineering culture.\nEvaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve the mobile platform.\nEnsure applications are optimized for both Android and iOS platforms.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of software development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.\nStrong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.\nExperience building and scaling production-grade mobile applications.\nStrong understanding of Android and iOS platforms.\nExperience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.\nGood knowledge of performance optimization and debugging.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.\nStrong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with clean architecture, BLoC/provider/Riverpod or similar state-management approaches.\nExperience with Firebase and mobile analytics/crash-reporting tools.\nExperience with automated mobile testing.\nExperience leading or mentoring engineering teams.\nExposure to cloud-based application ecosystems.\nSomeone who is strongly hands-on with Flutter, can make architecture-level decisions, and has the technical depth to solve complex mobile engineering problems
