high-fidelity prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.\n\n- Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks within the Android SDK and Flutter framework to improve load times and responsiveness.\n\n- Conduct rigorous code reviews and participate in technical discussions to maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior team members.\n\n- Integrate complex RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to extend application functionality and ensure seamless data synchronization.\n\nTech Stack & Requirements :\n\n- Demonstrated proficiency in developing enterprise-grade mobile applications using Kotlin and Java for native Android development.\n\n- Extensive hands-on experience in building cross-platform applications using the Flutter framework, with a deep understanding of its widget lifecycle and state management.\n\n- Strong command over the Android SDK and a proven ability to leverage modern architecture patterns like MVVM and MVC to structure complex codebases.\n\n- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within a high-paced, agile environment.\n\n- Proven track record of working in a hybrid or office-based setup across Delhi NCR, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\n- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in mobile
