product, QA, and vendors for successful delivery.\nRepresent the organisation in RDK community engagements where applicable.\n\nRequirements: \n15+ years of experience in embedded and broadband ecosystems.\nStrong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux.\nHands-on experience with the RDK-B platform.\nExperience with Yocto / embedded build systems.\nStrong networking fundamentals, IPv4/IPv6 routing, switching, and protocols.\nProven experience with broadband CPE platforms, DSL / Fibre / Cable / Fixed Wireless gateways.\nExperience working with Broadcom, Airoha/MediaTek, or Qualcomm chipsets.\nStrong debugging and troubleshooting logs, packet capture, and system-level analysis.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with PON (GPON/XGS-PON), DOCSIS, LTE/5G WAN.\nWi-Fi mesh/controller ecosystems: Airties, Plume, CTS.\nKnowledge of multicast, QoS, and traffic management.\nExposure to large-scale operator deployments.\nFamiliarity with AI-driven network optimisation or ML-based
